Recently I had a chance to present at a PMI chapter. There was a nice group of people. The topic was Risk Severity Analysis. We mentioned a few things related to status meetings. Before I put my position about the status meetings, please let me know:
1. How long is your average status meeting?
2. How many people attend?
3. From 1-10 (1 being low,) how would you rate the success of your status meetings?

- Mike Marco has been managing IT and manufacturing projects worldwide for more then 15 years. He has lectured the project management subjects at Boston University, Keller Graduate School of Management, Robert Morris College, and Andrews University.
