Stand Up Meetings

Hi,

Communication is one of the most important PM' functions. However, often we abuse this. Instead of utilizing our working time to generate new products and ideas, we are wasting it in some endless meetings. To keep your meetings short and successful:

1. Build agenda ahead of schedule.
2. Invite only those who are related to the deliverables that are subject of the meeting.
3. Involve all participants to build agenda.
4. Have meetings on Tuesday' morning (if possible.) Tuesday is the first working day of the week.
5. Have meetings in the room without chair.
6. Follow up after meeting.

Membership = 2222.

Participate in our efforts by providing valuable topics/subject for the discussion, Complete the survey, if you have not done yet.

The link to the survey - http://www.pmexpert.net/survey/survey.php. User name: ecg Password: ecg The results will be updated as we progress. Participants will receive the 50+ Project Management Templates – Project DataBank™. Give us ideas how to make this group more exciting.

Regards,

Mike Marco
