The main objective of this group is to:
- Connect to project management practitioners around the world,
- Establish a network and/or focal point in order to,
- Develop and promote the project/program management innovative, out-of-box thinking,
ideas, solutions, and best practices tools and techniques.
Why? The idea is to make “A NEXT STEP AFTER PMP® EXAM” framework. While we are all project managers, whether we like it or not, not all of us use all available tools and techniques while managing our projects. There are many reasons for that, such as:
- Desire to keep status quo,- Lack of motivation to learn and/or change,
- Too much or too little information.

- Mike Marco has been managing IT and manufacturing projects worldwide for more then 15 years. He has lectured the project management subjects at Boston University, Keller Graduate School of Management, Robert Morris College, and Andrews University. He is a founder of eConsulting Group, Inc., a company dedicated to training and consulting in the field of project management. His mission is very simple. It is about learning, teaching and utilizing project management. He strongly believes in "hands on" approach while presenting project management subjects through his seminars. Such approach has been used in all of the books that he published. He developed his own methodology called “Enterprise Project Management Workflow and Analysis (©2004). This method has been described in his book “Hands-On Project Management, Principles and Concepts. “ Currently, he lives and works in Chicago, IL. Mike Marco holds MBA degree from Andrews University, MI, PME from eConsulting Group™, Inc. and PMP certification from Project Management Institute.
