Should we be politically (in)correct employees?

As I move through the world (companies) it appears to me that there are two types of companies. Those who:

a) Maintain status quo of the world, politically correct companies, and often large hierarchical companies with thousands of employees all over the globe. These are the companies who make their profit by cutting the cost of operation, instead of bringing new ideas to the markets.

b) Bring fresh air, new ideas, products, solutions, new ways of doing and thinking. I call them politically incorrect companies. These are the ones who change the world.
